Something - Instant Articles From Your Twitter Stream app good for
Its simple, straight to the point, with no unecessary features. Makes reading articles from blogs and news I follow on twitter a much more enjoyable experience. Thats the app I open instead of fb when I have few spare minutes on bus home.
Some words of feedback: Please improve cleaning read articles data. After few weeks of usage app takes about 500mb of memory. This is an issue on a 16gb iphone.
Like the idea that content is more important than a tweet itself! Great!
Some bad moments
This app is perfect. It lets you whiz through timeline of links, without having for me to look at distracting tweets in between. Impact is high attention and quick left /right swap for links you want to read vs. ones you don’t. Best thing — you can click on share an add them directly to Instapaper, meaning I don’t have to open the link on safari (which I would have to do if I scrolled the Twitter app). Great idea and execution.
Guess what: if you use Twitter, youre already curating your interests. Why not use that as the basis of a really sharp news reader?
Didnt use Twitter much before this app but love the clean interface. I think right swiping should automatically retweet but I can see why you didnt design it like that
Please add a share sheet to bring the app into iOS 8 compliance. Other than that very happy!
This app is simply a great idea, as someone such as myself uses Twitter almost as a primary way of digest, its frustrating since almost anything I click on opens the in-app browser, but something alleviates that burden by pre-downloading web pages linked in tweets that of which youre following, and presents them in a clean interface that learns from your tastes with a Tinder esque swiping mechanic that learns from your dislikes and likes in what to display next! A 6 Plus landscape mode would be appreciated
This has renewed my daily interest in Twitter. I enjoy the fact I get straight to the content. Often times though, I dont quite want to read that article at that moment - save to Instapaper and Pocket option would be awesome.
